We will discuss our fees and rates with you before commencing any work on your case.
We do represent clients who are funded legal aid. However, the rules for eligibility for legal aid and lawyer of choice may mean you are not eligible for legal aid on some charges. We are happy to discuss this with you. Alternatively, you can contact the New Zealand Legal Services Agency to see whether you are eligible for legal aid.
These will be made available to you upon commencing any work on your case.
